3. Orders and Payments

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
4. Delivery Policy
- Readymade furniture: Approx. 3 days.
- Customized furniture: 7 to 21 days, depending on design and production schedule.
Delivery Coverage: We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
Delivery Charge: Customers must pay the delivery charge in advance before shipment.
Safa Furnimart is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transportation strikes, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
5. Warranty Terms
Some of our products include a limited warranty, while others do not. Warranty details (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the product description or invoice.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper handling
- Water or fire damage
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
6. Cancellation and Changes
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations are not accepted after delivery.
In case of customized furniture, changes may be considered only before production starts, at the discretion of Safa Furnimart.
7. Return and Refund Policy
All sales are considered final once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
However, if there is any major mistake from our side — such as an incorrect design, size, color, or an entirely different product — the customer will be eligible for a full refund within 5–7 working days, In Sha Allah.
